The Aero is great for beginners and players using only one disc. It's extremely straight and very easy to keep on the fairway for beginners. The Aero was introduced in 1983 as the first disc designed specifically for disc golf (then called the Eagle) and Innova is commemorating 40 years since the first true golf disc was created by releasing this 40th Anniversary Halo Star Aero.
As much as this disc makes a beautiful commemoration for display, it's meant for throwing. You’ll be surprised at how useful the Aero is. It remains one of the straightest-flying discs in the game. The added stability of Halo plastic makes it a winner for short-range drives and upshots.
